How does exact-inch pricing work?+

You choose the price per inch. GangNest computes the packed length from the same approved layout used for production and passes the server-authoritative price into Shopify-hosted checkout.

Can I sell fixed sheet sizes instead?+

Yes. GangNest can generate a size ladder on a dedicated Shopify product so customers buy familiar lengths as normal variants.

What file types can customers use?+

The guided builder accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF, SVG, and PDF artwork. Multi-page PDFs can be separated into multiple designs. A separate pro path accepts a finished print-ready PNG.

Can customers use Canva or saved designs?+

Yes. The storefront includes Canva handoff/import, saved customer artwork and previous sheets, on-device draft resume, and optional clipart uploaded by the merchant.

Does it work on mobile?+

Yes. Upload, sizing, copies, touch placement, rotate, flip, pinch zoom, quality review, proof approval, and checkout are designed for touch devices.

What production files can my team receive?+

Depending on your settings, GangNest can provide PNG, PDF, both formats, ZIP bundles, cut layers, and optional companion white plates. Files can be downloaded or handed to a production integration.

How does GangNest install on my storefront?+

GangNest uses a Shopify theme app block on an Online Store 2.0 product template. The merchant setup checklist links directly to the theme editor and guides pricing, film, output, and size-preset configuration.

What does GangNest cost?+

There is a three-day free trial, no monthly fee, and a 5% usage fee on paid GangNest order value. Billing is handled through Shopify App Pricing.
